I first used OceanGrown804 as a user name. I found out about the term while researching the debate of where the "OG" comes from in the name of some cannabis strains. Without going into the debate, Ocean Grown was one of the possibilities. What I found basically said that Ocean Grown was pertaining to the best weed grown on the Pacific Coast. When weed was grown close to the coast giving it a near perfect growing environment and ocean breezes that the plants loved. I thought the term was perfect and I chose to go with Ocean Grown over the other options from the debate. It also reminded me of the time I spent in Arcata, California.

I have worked in the press room for over twenty years, running different presses throughout that time. The print industry has changed a lot in that time; I've been lucky to learn different techniques that have been applied to this work. I'm able to do the printing, but I do not take all the credit. My designer, K-wdw, does the digital art work. Together, we've been learning the process from inception to completion, and the result is rather amazing, considering this is the first project either of us has worked on on our own. I also have the finishing process completed by a different outside service. Thank you for taking the time to check this out.
